The award winning Healthy Dads Healthy Kids program is running in the Maitland area now with a third program planned for October. There has been a great response with 2 programs already full. Maitland Christian School is hosting the 1st program (7th Aug start) with 27 dads and their 52 kids taking part. Maitland East Public School hosts the 2nd HDHK program (22nd Aug start) with 25 dads and their 42 kids enrolled.
Now it’s your chance to take part. What better time than the lead up to summer to drop a couple of kilos while having great fun with the kids.
Sessions are midweek evenings from 5.45-7.15pm at a local Maitland school
- 8 sessions total (4 dads only / 4 dads and kids)
- Full of activities you can do with your kids at home
- Latest research on healthy eating and active lifestyles
